Autumn Frame TV art for the weeks before Thanksgiving: sixteen original harvest still lifes in 4K, seven and a half minutes each. Two hours of fall TV art with no music and no narration, made to leave running as a screensaver on a Samsung Frame TV or any 4K screen.
This collection is set in daylight rather than candlelight: late afternoon sun coming in from one side, long soft shadows across a waxed oak table, and two candles standing unlit at either end because nothing needs lighting at four in the afternoon. It changes everything about how the colour behaves — wheat gold and copper go warm and bright in sunlight where they would go amber by candle.
The other decision worth explaining is that there is no food on the table. A harvest collection without food is an odd constraint, and I kept it on purpose: these are the decorations, not the dinner. Wheat sheaves, dried hydrangea, grasses and seed heads, gourds, pinecones, copper and pewter. Nothing on this table is meant to be eaten, which is also what makes it work as something to leave running on a screen rather than something that makes you hungry.
It is built to sit on a wall from late October through Thanksgiving — fall Frame TV art for the long run of the season, rather than for one night.
